Refunds & Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.
To cancel, visit your LemonSqueezy account and manage your subscription there.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends but won't be charged again.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to the purchased tool. Because our tools provide instant access to digital services that can be used immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the tool, or if you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund if appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refunds, when approved, are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
