Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.

To cancel, go to your Cashew Crate account page and manage your subscription there.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends but won't be charged again.

Crate Pass

Crate Pass ($15/month) provides access to all Cashew Crate apps. You can cancel at any time, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using any tool, or if you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund if appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds, when approved, are processed through Polar and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
