How to Add the Same Visible Mark to Multiple PDFs
Repeated forms often need the same signature, initials, date, approval text, drawing, or image in the same place. QuillSign lets you set that placement once, then requires you to check each marked PDF before export.
1. Choose the Target Page
Pick the first page, last page, or a numbered page before adding files. Then choose two or three same-layout PDFs for a free batch. QuillSign checks the files in your browser and rejects protected, signed, damaged, or unsupported PDFs instead of changing them.
2. Create and Place the Mark
Type a signature, initials, date, or short note; draw a mark; or choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. Position and size the mark on the representative PDF. Free batches use one mark, while Pro can place up to four independently positioned marks.
3. Review Every PDF
Build the review queue and inspect each proof. QuillSign warns when a target page has different dimensions or rotation. Open the full-page preview when needed, nudge or resize a mark for one file without moving the others, or exclude a file from the export.
4. Approve and Download the Copies
Approve every included PDF and confirm that you own or are authorized to use the marks. QuillSign creates new marked copies from the source files; it does not overwrite the originals. Download each completed PDF separately. Pro also offers batches of up to ten PDFs, browser-local recipes for signed-in users, and a ZIP with a minimal manifest.
QuillSign adds visible marks. It does not create a digital certificate, verify identity or intent, provide an audit trail, or decide whether a mark has legal effect.
